Electron-optical camera for digital recording of high-speed fracture processes and structural transformations in materials

The camera K008 BIFO Company is intended for recording of images and measuring of spatial-temporal parameters of high-speed processes in the visible and near infrared spectral range in a single-frame mode and single-streak mode of sweeping the image under study. The image at the camera output is recorded with the aid of a CCD readout unit and is entered into a personal computer.
Camera in the laser-interferometric complex provides an opportunity to conduct research in various areas:
  • registration elastoplastic and strength properties of materials;
  • shock waves physics;
  • electric breakdowns and discharges including lightning;
  • investigations of combustion processes, detonation, explosion, as well as scattering of ground and fields of fragments and other particles, etc.
